Lead Times
- Place your order well in advance.
- All orders are custom propagated.
- For most of our products we need an 8 to 12 week lead time.
- We reserve the right to ship orders one week early or late, depending on plant development.
- If orders are early or late, we will notify our customers.
Shipping Methods
- FedEx. For small orders, we have found FedEx to be a reliable carrier for safe, rapid delivery of your plants. They will accept a limited liability for shipping damage.
- Air Freight. Please note nearest major airport and preferred airline if you have one. We ship from the San Diego Airport.
Box Dimmensions
- Liners (50-cell trays). 13 x 23 x 19”, appx. 22 lbs. 3.3 cuft. Dimensional weight 30 lbs. 1 case minimum order. 4 trays per box. Varieties may be mixed.
- Pre-finished plants (3" liners). 21 x 17 x 9”, appx. 15 lbs, 1.9 cuft. Dimensional weight 17 lbs. 35 3” pots per box.
Guarantee
- We guarantee our plants to be true to name as it was sold or we will refund the amount paid.
- Claims for any reason must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
- We want you to enjoy the success of growth after planting. If there is no growth after a reasonable amount of time, please call us for help. Your success is our success.
- We cannot replace plants or give credit if we are given notice weeks or months after transplanting.
